As a company, they were fine. We chose a bed for purchase. We bought it. They sent it. Took longer than expected but it was fine. Great communication throughout.

Wasn’t sure if it would be too low, but it’s a great height. Well made and the wood is very nice and sturdy.

The box is great. There are a couple of things that could be better. The edge of one of the boards didn’t get stained so there’s a white line and the slats to make the bottom do not fill the space completely. So they can slide around and leave a gap.

This was my second bed frame purchase. Ordered one with the drawer storage space underneath. Very satisfied with the quality and look of the bed. Considerable amount of storage in the full length drawer.

The bed we got is beautiful. We love it so much. It was easy to put together and the parts are well made. Also, we got the cherry color and it is so gorgeous; the picture on their website doesn't do it justice. It is really pretty. The bed came quickly, too. All around great product.
