Best quality underbed storage I've seen. So much better than IKEA!!!

Excellent quality and value for the price. This is significantly nicer than the bed I originally ordered online from Home Depot. I was a little nervous ordering from the UK (I'm in USA) but the whole process and shipping was seemless exceeding my expecations. The two beds are beautiful. I am very pleased. My only recommendation is if you are adding under bed storage, make sure you think hard and order enough so that you don't have regrets (like me) because the delivery fees are too high to warrant ordering the storage standalone. You want to order it all together. :)

I didn't use the felt protectors. Perhaps dont make this area required to leave a review drake it so I can say yes or no I used them with and optional review.

They are not too thick and they cover the bottom of the bedposts well.

Beautiful Bed and fantastic customer service! Even with the time difference between the US and UK, I still received prompt replies to questions.

Arrived in the US with no issues. The pieces inside the boxes were able to shift around during transit and I didn’t love that, but there was no damage and everything went together well. The oak finish I liked better on the website than in person, but those are my only two gripes.
They have a solid product, it got here when they said it would, and it arrived undamaged.

Overall, once our bed was put together, we are pleased with the end result. It’s a great looking bed. We purchased the Japanese style. Putting the bed together was not as simple as we thought it would be. The order of how the instructions guide doesn’t make the best sense, and there were many instances where the holes did not match up with components. We rate the overall finished bed a 5 but 3 stars for the difficult task of putting it together. Be prepared for a long frustrating process.
