Most mattresses have a functional lifespan of 7 to 10 years, depending on materials, construction, and care.
To maximize performance and longevity from your investment, we recommend:

• Add a topper - Absorbs daily compression, preserving the mattress's primary support structure.

Firmness is subjective, but generally it's determined by your body weight and primary sleep position.
