protective and easy to apply

The beds are beautifully packed and prepared for long distance shipping. The beds themselves are really nice, great quality.

The instructions are too small to see. The diagrams need to be clearer and larger. It took me at least 2x more like 3x longer to construct a simple oriental platform bed due to poor instructions.
I could have used that 3 hours doing something else!
I dread construction of the other full-size bed I ordered.

Their service was fast and they were excellent with their communications. Their replies were within 24 hours with the time difference and they answered all my questions.

The delivery by DHL arrived two days later than my requested delivery date.

Low Tokyo Bed—I purchased this because it was low profile, solid wood, and a good value. Solid wood bed frames are not plentiful. I had two friends help me assemble it and I do recommend 2-3 people for assembly with a power Phillips screwdriver and rubber mallet. It took us about 90 minutes following the directions. I do recommend following them. They do not have words but the pictures are helpful. The frame feels solid and meets my expectations.

The directions could be clearer but otherwise the bed frame is great quality and looks wonderful!

The alteration we requested made the alteration fee worth it.

We wanted a bed that had a very small footprint and a low head board. The customer service team was responsive and very thoughtful in helping us come up with a bed design that would work for our space. The bed arrived exactly on the day that Get Laid Beds said it would via DHL in four large boxes, even though we are in the US. The quality of the bed is excellent. The wood pieces are solid and fit together well. It took quite a bit of work for two people to build the bed. There were a lot of screws required so we had to use a power drill to finish the job. All in all, we are very impressed by the quality of wood, the bed design and the customer service of this company.

Absolutely love this Daybed. The delivery went smoothly as did the assembly. There was one washer missing but other than that no glitches. Am exceedingly happy with this purchase.

We are well pleased with the extra long twin bed frames. We ordered finished pine. They are quite sturdy and the directions were easy to follow.
